山の辺の道沿い、天理市萱生町で素敵なイベントが開催されます。

天理市萱生町は、秋の味覚・柿の三大品種の一つ「刀根早生」の発祥の地です。

柿畑が広がるその産地で、奈良県立大学の皆さんと地元の皆さんが協力して、学生考案のオリジナル柿メニューや柿の直販を行います。

山の辺の道ハイキングの途中でお立ちよりいただき、ぜひ、この季節ならではの甘くてジューシーな旬の柿を味わってみてください。

A Delightful Event Awaits Along the Yamanobe-no-Michi path in Kayo-cho, Tenri City!

“The 2nd kaki wasurento ne” event, a collaborative effort between Nara Prefectural University and the Kayo Persimmon Shipping Cooperative, is set to take place.

Kayo-cho, Tenri City, is renowned as the birthplace of “Tōne Wase,” one of the three major varieties of Japanese persimmons. In this region, where persimmon orchards flourish, students from Nara Prefectural University and local residents will join hands to present original persimmon dishes conceived by the students and offer direct sales of fresh persimmons.

We warmly invite you to stop by during your hike along the Yamanobe-no-Michi path and indulge in the sweet and juicy taste of these seasonal fruits!
